At Moomin Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused condition.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
